Default Transmission in "Limp Mode"

After a lot of research online it looks as if I need to replace the Control Solenoid and Pressure Solenoid.

According to my build sheet I got from Dodge I have the 46RE with lockup Torque converter. Which means I need on controller with Lockup.

Is there anything else I should look at while I have the pan dropped?

Thanks

Might as well give it a band adjustment while you're at it.

How do you adjust the bands? Guess you can tell I haven't messed with Transmissions much.

I had the old limp mode problem for almost one year. I did everything and I mean everything to fix it nothing worked. until I found a guy that was a dodge mech. and had a shop on the side he fixed it in 2 Hours. Get your self a good set of crimpers. start at the computer and work your way to the trans. re crimp every connection. It cost me a lot of cash and a bunch of grey hairs to find that problem.

I replaced all the electronics in the Transmission and it has been working great. Knock on wood! Thanks for the information if it acts up again I will check all my connections.
