Default 96 1500 4x4 Steering Stabilizer

How in the world does the factory steering stabilizer come off the tie rod? I have tried everything to get it off and it wont come out of the tie rod.

Any help would be great!

It took a small tie rod puller to get it off. It was off in a lickity split with the puller.
