Default new track mod

plexiglass on the right and nothing on the left

engine point of view plexiglass on left nothing on right

both installed

Took measurements. Cut a peice of cardboard. Made a template out of that and marked the spots behind the grill. Then traced it onto some pieces of plexiglass. Marked the spots made them the size of the grill.

And the point of this is???? To not blow air through your engine bay and thereby reduce wind resistance?

Looks good, but that was my question as well, what is the function? Seems to me it would make things warmer just for lack of air moving through the grille.

Im wondering the same...I would think that would keep the heat inside the engine bay as well, which would kinda of defeat the purpose of that dual CAI you have

well, the dual CAIs really dont increase the airflow anymore than a single CAI does...there is only so much air that can be cramed into the stock TB....
