Default What lifts would work for my 2004 Ram 1500?

I've been looking around on the introweb researching what all lift kit options there are for my truck. A lot of of them seem to say that they don't work/dont use with the 244d AWD transfer case.. which my truck has. I've got my eye set on the rough country and I haven't seen it say anything about not working against my transmission and transfer case. Of course I wouldn't want to buy it and find out that it won't work.. Just wondering if anyone else has installed this lift or could help me out by pointing me towards other lift manufacturers that would work for it? I'm not really wanting a total competition lift per say, as I really don't want to offroad it to heavily 'cause it's my daily driver and all. About 4-6 inches max. Specs of the my truck are - 2004 ram 1500 4x4 off road package, automatic 5.7 hemi, single cab/shortbed SLT.. has the electronic 4wd engage switch which I've heard causes problems. I'm new to this stuff and have a little bit of know-how I just want to make sure I buy something that will work.. Hopefully I provided enough information and I appreciate any help you guys can give.

Check out Rough Country and ZONE offroad. neither one says will not fit AWD but RC has a pop up window where you can chat with a rep. Also check out a body lift, you can get 3" with that and if u need more add a leveling kit. You can fit 35's with the body lift but they look stuffed for my taste. hope this helps

Yeah, I didn't know that you could talk to a rep on the rough country.. That will help out and I've never heard of zone. I'll check them out man. I've been told by a couple of people to steer away from body lifts, idk why.

Body lifts are no big deal at all. they can be done in a day with some buddies and the only prob u mite have is the exhaust wont look tight against the body like it did before. Zone is owned by BDS and makes a kit just like RC only they use add a leafs and RC used blocks. I chose RC because I could get a 3" block and crank the bars a little more to pick up anothe inch.
