Default Hemi Engine Cover

Is there any harm in leaving the plastic 5.7 engine cover off. Is it for looks only?

One would think things would be cooler with the cover removed.

Anyone have any ideas about this.

No harm in leaving it off if you so choose. It's more decorative than anything.

It is something you could paint up nicely to show off under the hood if you want. But that's all it is there for is looks.

Michael has the right idea, paint that cover, I've seen some very creative ideas for the engine bay on here!

I better take the engine cover off now before its gets greasy an will not take paint. I am hoping to reveal that mean intake manofold underneath. Or, is that only on the 6.1 Liter Hemi.

HKS

P.S. Will take a picture when I have the cover off. Also, I alsoy want to see how difficult it is to change the back spark plugs when the time comes.
