yes they did everything, it all comes in kit form from from dodge.
Have been looking into re-manufactured engines and when I questioned them about any improvements that have been done he talked about the valve seats. Says the tapping may be from the worn valve seats as a inferior material was used but they now use a better material and press them in with a press made for this particular head. I feel if were the valve seats than this tapping would not go away, but would remain. Is it possible it only goes away when the engine warms up and the seats expand and conform to the valves.
May this is what they meant.
