I told them that it cools perfect while driving, just blows warm when stopped. Like I said, since the recharge, I do notice it's not cooling as well as it did before, but it is cooling. I guess I can't complain too much. It has been very hot here in Florida, so at the time I probably would have paid whatever they wanted.
