Hate to be contrary, but that's not going to work. The frame ends and bumper mounting are different between the 1500 and 2500.
The big 2500 loop tow hooks mount into holes drilled into the side of the frame. 1500 tow hooks are part of a one piece bar that boxes in the front end of your frame. In fact the bar is sandwiched between the square frame ends and bumper.
Mounting will take you fabricating a bar. A year ago my grandfather and I set out to build tow hooks because the ones on the 1500 were, IMO, laughable compared to the 2500 tow hooks. Unfortunately I don't have the spects for the bar handy, but needless to say it was quite the undertaking.
