Default Super44-Installed

So, this morning a buddy and I installed my Flowmaster Super 44 I got in the mail from amazon a few days ago. We used clamps, 3" straight pipe from autozone, and 2 45 degree turndowns from a local muffler shop. Parts including the muffler came to the total of $130 but out of my pocket only $90 since I had gift cards I got for free for amazon ....first of all the sound is great and it feels like it pulls a little better, price $70 for the muffler is not bad at all either.

The only problem we ran into was that the stock pipe is not quite 3" so the 3" straight pipe we had to make multiple splits so when we would put the clamp it would grab the stock pipe better and it did but we had to use an extra clap because it had a leak. This setup is not permanent either, I'm just waiting until the holidays for my little bonus from work so I can do side exits before the rear passenger tire and it's gonna be all welded. Anyways I would definitely recommend and here are the pics of course....

It's not as close to the shock as it looks like, it's just the angle of the pic

Thanx guys..Sounds insane when floored, and my wife likes it lol. I'll try to get some videos when I get off base because here, the highest speed limit is 30MPH and no cellphones allowed (takes 720 HD video so it won't be bad quality)

Thanx guys...Sounds even better than turndowns, and it is clamped at the stock pipe for easy removal

Do you have MDS on your truck? If so, how does it sound when it kicks in?
