Default Zone or Rough country lift?????

I have a 2006 1500 qc 4x4. I just ordered moog upper control arm with ballpoint, lower ball joint and tie rod ends. Im looking to order a 4" lift but I can't decide whats best.

What do you guys think Zone or Rough country? I'm also thinking of getting bilstein shocks maybe the. 5100's or fox shocks.

My vote goes towards zone. I have had both but I like the feel and structure of the zone lift better. As far as struts and shocks I have not been happier with the choice of bilsteins. Excellent shocks and not very pricey either.

I've been reading that the 5100's say they lift the truck. Like a leveling kit. If I get the 4" lift kit and the 5100's will that make it sit higher?

Correct. Lots of guys use the Bilsteins to level out a lift.

Thanks guys just placed my order on all four 5100's

Not sure on the lift yet i might just level with the bilstein's. I don't off road and wanna have money in the budget for more horse power.

Do you guys know if my year has a torsion bar? 2006

No a 2006 does not have torsion bars. If it did you wouldn't be able to use the Bilsteins to level it.

For the record the rear Bilsteins used for stock height will not work with a lift.
