Strange - I just retried it and it doesn't work - it redirects you to a help page. Sorry about that....

Now, I did go back and register in the owner's section of Dodge's website, and you CAN do the recall search there by VIN once you're registered as a user. Took about 2 minutes to register. Just go to this slightly different link: https://www.dodge.com/en/owners/

It's a pretty cool portal. You can pull up your service records and what not (although they're not very helpful unless you know what the service labor codes are).

Thanks Tom! (I need to do some reading about this rep points......)

Rich

Went to get mine done today the inspected the brake master cylinder and then ordered replacement parts. This burns me up as I asked if they had the parts in stock before making the 1 hour drive and they assured me they did. Guess I will take another trip and an hour for the service or so the service writer said to expect when the parts show up.

Well the trip wasn't a total loss - got the front two windows tinted. Looks good.

Default None here

Had mine at the dealer for its first oil change today. Asked the service rep to look it up and nothing showed up. For now anyhow...

I'm going in for an oil change and tire rotation in the next couple of days so I will have them check then. I had them check the brakes and they said everything looked fine. I told them I could duplicate it, so I took a drive with the shop foreman and I was only able to get it to do it very slightly. He said it was normal and that at low speeds the truck didn't know if it was going or stopping. I told him that what he experienced was a minor case of what it normally does and that the slight hesistation I was able to duplicate wouldn't have bothered me. There's something awkward with it. Shouldn't be doing what it does. Anyway, I'll see if my truck falls in that build month. Thanks!

Stuff like that just kills me. Nobody seems to care about wasting your time.

I thought the crash of the American Auto industry would help to get rid of this culture of arrogance, but I guess not.
