93 Octane.

I tried running 87 & 89. They ran about the same, but there's a huge difference in throttle response w/ 93. The efficiency is a tad higher, too.

I'll tune for 91/93 when I decide on what tuner to get.

I had been using 89 octane, but I retuned for the 87. First tank through--I'll see how it runs.

I just bought my 14 1500. On the first fill up I felt all badass and filled it with 93. I have since been putting 93 in it, not sure on why exactly just am. I do not drive this vehicle daily so.... I might think different if I did.

Where I live in Colorado they sell 85, 89, and 91 octane. I know the Hemi says 89 octane is preferred, but is 85 acceptable to use as well? I have seen that 87 is fine, just wondering if 85 is good to go.

my 5.9 litre v8 is bigger than the 5.7 (overrated) hemi and after 15 years and over 147,000 miles I am still using 87 octane.

I run 87 through a 2014 with a HEMI. I've ran 87 89 and 93 and I have hardly noticed any difference when running these. Maybe once I tune it, but until then I'll keep running 87.
