Default Idle and Hum Probs, Stealer didn't help

So, I just got back my certified ram from the stealer after a week. They took care of some problems (new instrument cluster, and window regulator); however, they failed to address a couple of other problems. My idle drops below the specified rpm intermittently. It also used to go up and down especially during cold, but I didn't notice it this morning. The note from the dealer was that they didn't find any codes. I also have a weird low tone hum coming from what it seems like then engine bay along with a raspy feeling through the steering wheel and gas pedal. The other thing I noticed is that on the inspection paperwork, where they have mapped out the vehicle and there are circles (green yellow red), everything was good for the exceptioni of the differential. That one was flagged as "required attention". The stealer didn't do anything about it or told me what flagged it. Any ideas on what could be the culprits? I will have to take it upon myself to clean the throttle body and air control valve to see if that helps the idle.

I'm sure they wanted to "steal" some of your money by offering up a diff service. That's what they do, right?

Well, this was a certified vehicle that wasn't thoroughly certified. I'll have to service the diff myself. Is the cover sealed with sealant or is there an actual gasket similar to a lubelocker? What's the best oil for it?

Anyone know how to fold the rear seats on a quad cab. I can see that there is a pivot joint and some coil springs, but can't find the handle for it. Can't figure out if the bottom fold up, or if the back folds down.

you can use some rvt on the diff cover and use the factory fluid which is i think 75-90 and you may have to add a lsd treatment as for the rear seat idk lol
