Default Ready to upgrade stereo

Ok when i bought my 2004 qc ram it came with a few things.
A Pioneer deh-p600ub head unit.
A pair of Pioneer 6x9 ts-a6962e in the front doors.
The rear doors are stock.
What i want to do is upgrade the rear and the dash speakers with pioneer componets. And add 2 subs under the rear seats, most likely 2 10's.
I do not want to spend 1000.00 but dont want to throw in crap either.
I will be dynomatting all 4 doors to help with the sound quality.
I will also be picking up a smal 4 channel amp to run the mids/highs.
Any suggestion on subs or dash speakers?
Also how do you pull the dash cover?

Pull bezel from Metra Manual

Unclip the top edge of the trim panel below the steering column. (It is not necessary to completely remove this panel).
Remove (1) Phillips head screw from below right ac/heater vent.
Unclip and remove dash trim panel.
Remove (4) Phillips head screws securing the radio

You might want to get speaker harness so you dont have to cut wires. I used 24 2'x1' sheets for the doors on my 07, 7 in front and 5 in rear, and there was still a few uncovered areas on the inside (shell) . I am guessing that the surface area is about the same. 5.25 is stock for rears, 2-way would suffice. Speaker choice is personal preference as some like it brighter than others. I like focal, diamond, and clif designs. Any 4 channel that truly outputs 70w RMS per ch will work. Bear in mind on the amp that you kinda get what you pay for; Alpines are decent, Rockford Punch series is a good bang for your buck, Memphis and MA are also nice. If you want a small amp, alpine pdx is a good choice, but your paying for it. Another alternative would be to get a 5 channel and a single sub, like a ported 12. When going subs, you might be better off going low profile due to cost and modification. Im still working on mine.
