Great, exactly what I was looking for. One more question, can I bridge the two channels for this set up, or should I just use one channel and leave the other one empty? Thanks for your help.

It's ok to bridge the amp. That wiring diagram puts it at a 4-ohm load, which is the minimum most amps can handle when bridged.

Okay, well guys I've changed my mind on subs again. I want to go with everything JL. Daniel I know you are a fan of JL products and I actually saw your truck on their site earlier. I am not sure which amp I should chose to go with the 10W3v3-4.

Here are all the specs for it.

Free Air Resonance (Fs): 31.49 Hz
Electrical Q (Qes): 0.523
Mechanical Q (Qms): 7.017
Total Speaker Q (Qts): 0.485
Equivalent Compliance (Vas): 1.138 cu. ft. / 32.23 liters
One-Way, Linear Excursion (Xmax)*: 0.550 in. / 14.0 mm
Reference Efficiency (no): 0.185%
Efficiency (1W/1m)**: 84.87 dB SPL
Effective Piston Area (Sd): 53.475 sq. in. / 0.0345 sq. m.
DC Resistance (Re): 3.567 ohm
Nominal Impedance (Znom): 4 ohm
Thermal Power Handling (Pt): 500W
Driver Displacement: 0.049 cu. ft. / 1.39 liters
Net Weight: 12.25 lbs. / 5.56 kg

If y'all could give me some ideas on an amp that would be awesome. I would like to keep the amp under $500. Thanks guys.

Nice! Actually Jared is the one that twisted my arm into trying JL Audio. And I haven't regretted it one bit!

If you want to stay all JL, my recommendations are the JX500/1, the XD600/1, or a Slash 250/1 - although I'd lean more towards the JX or XD just for the smaller footprint.

Go JL XD!!! I just put in the XD400/4 as a new main map in the Ram. The small footprint and great specs of that amp really really made me happy. So much so that the Money Pit is also getting a new JL amp...with a bit more power for the speakers I chose.

And thanks again to Daniel and Jared for their help on my system!

I really like those new amps of theirs. If not for the power requirements of my system, I would have definitely went with an XD or two JX amps.

I think I am going to go with the XD600/1 for my sub. Those aren't going to come for a while though. I just ordered JL C2-690tx door speakers, and I got my Pioneer MVH-P8200BT head unit today. I am putting in the head unit on tuesday and I'm just waiting for my speakers to come in. After that I am dropping a little more cash for some more interior lighting then all my paychecks are going to my phone bill and audio!!!
