Default where can i find the output wires for the stock amp

looking at the amp mounted behind the glove box wich is the output side the one in the back or the front? im guessing the back because when i spliced in my line and hooked in my line converter my sub bumped and my frount speaker were very low. but i do not see the right color wires that mach what is going into the speakers. so does anyone know where i can find the front speaker wires after the amp so i can hook up my line converter? thanks

I'd try the front lower kick panels right in front of the doors. that's a great place to mount one.

Default 2011 RAM R/T..Newbie here

Hi all, i just got a 11 ram r/t and today the stereo on full volume was at the level of where i would listen to it normally. played with some buttons on the nav to see if i had hit anything, couldnt make it come back. got home, parked truck, 10 min. later moved truck, stereo was fine. it was mainly the door speakers that seemed real low. any ideas? did i hit something?

Welcome to the forum! Sounds like one of those weird momentary glitches that no one can diagnose.

But were you messing around under the dash for some reason?

I have a 2005 Ram 1500 Quad. What 6x9s will fit? I have a aftermarket sony radio with built in amp. I installed Pioneer 6.5 in the rear and plan on adding sub amp and one 12 under seat soon.

As long as you have a mounting depth of 3" or less you will be fine.

Default Help!

i just purchased a radio from a 2010 ram, and a U-connect harness for it. The install vehicle is a 2004 Durango with the infinity system, can someone help hook this up? i am very experienced with electronics and not afraid to cut wires. The connectors don't match as i had hoped so i believe i need to make some modifications. I can get a lot more info if some think they can help!!!
