Default GForce Performance Chips

Anyone bought one of these and installed on a 2010 Ram 1500? Does it really do what they say or am I lined up to be a sucker for my $69. Sounds too cheap, and you know what they say....

"if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is"

Any feedback? The ad was actually on this site... gforcechips.com ...so I am hoping someone has tried it. Does not void the warranty either I hear. Thanks!

Cheers

You'd be better off with the Diablo Predator tuner. That way if you ever have to bring it in for warranty repair you can take it back to stock specs and the tuner won't leave a foot-print.

Well, if you have $69 to spend and potentially $7000 for a new motor, then give it a try These things basically trick the PCM into thinking the intake air temperature is lower than normal and it dumps more fuel in to give a little more hp.

heck all it is is a 50 cent 4.7k resistor that goes inline with the IAT sensor to make the computer think its pulllin cold air all the time....it advances timing and fuel mix a bit....but they get 69 dollars for a 50 cent resistor.......
