SPEEDFREAK...did you mount the Addco's? The bars with tighten it up tremendously. I tried them with and without the Addco bars.

Stocker Star® Double Adjustable
Every QA1 double adjustable shock features 24 positions of compression adjustment and 24 positions of rebound adjustment, providing 576 possible combinations to maximize the performance of your vehicle. There are three features that are critical for an excellent double adjustable:
1. Adjustment Range
QA1’s adjustment range encompasses virtually every application
2. Tuning ability within the adjustment range
QA1 offers evenly spaced valving changes throughout the adjustment range. There are no “jumps” when adjusting between any two clicks.
3. Independence of compression & rebound adjustments
QA1 has developed a truly independent double adjustable shock. When the compression knob is adjusted, rebound does not change and vice versa. Compression and rebound are controlled independently, allowing the ultimate in fine-tuning for any application. Most manufacturers of double adjustables make this same claim – however, they cannot necessarily back it up with the product. We strongly encourage serious racers and performance enthusiasts to put their double adjustables to the test on a dyno. We are confident that you will find that there is no comparison between QA1 and the competition.
QA1 offers the double adjustable shock for a variety of applications, including stock suspensions for 1955 – present American cars and light trucks, front coil-over conversions for GM muscle cars, as well as four-link and ladder bar type suspensions. The double adjustable shocks are available in the Proma Star®, Stocker Star®, Pro Coil, Corvette “C”, Generation “F”, Pro Street and Mustang Rear series.

576 Valving Options
Includes 24 positions of compression adjustment on one knob, and 24 positions of rebound adjustment on the other knob. Each knob is clearly labeled with an “R” for rebound or a “C” for compression, as well as plus and minus symbols for ease of adjustment.
· Some front applications may require the lower a-arm to be dropped for installation. Body diameter may be too large to allow mounting from the bottom. Some control arms’ shock openings may need to be enlarged to accept a QA1 shock.
· Due to deviations from the factory ride heights, it may be necessary to check the actual ride height of your particular application.
· Many Stocker Stars® can be converted to different mounting applications.
· If you do not see your applications listed, please call the QA1 tech line at 952-985-5675 for more information
Out the door to work. HAL will manufacture them custom length. I am ordering a full set similar to those I had on the Lightning.
