Default 03 Quad Cab amp placement options?

I have an 03 Quad Cab and I'm adding a pair of 12" MTX's under the rear seat. I would put the amp there as well but there isnt enough room on top of the enclosuer for the rear seat to fold down properly.

At the moment im planning on placing it under the front passenger seat but before I do i was hoping to hear some suggestions from others who have done this already. My main dilemma is im not sure how to secure the amp in place. I would like to avoid drilling and bolting it to the floor. A guy I work with suggested velcro-ing it to the carpet but I'm not convinced the adhesive will stand up to the heat put off by the amp. So if you have any ideas I would very much appreciate it. Also pictures are always helpful if you've got em.

Why not the front driver's seat? I believe the jack is located under the passenger's seat.

You could fab up a bracket that secures to the seat bolts.

I was thinking the passenger seat because i think the bolt that holds the jack in place would make a perfect place for the ground without having to drill a new hole anywhwere. I hadnt thougth of a bracket though, that may be a good option as its not totally flat under either seat.....
