Default Need help with Navi head unit and back up cam install on 09 Ram

Hey guys new here and I've done a little searching and found some info but not exactly what I am looking for. I have a take out Nav/Hard drive head unit from an 09 Ram (same year as my truck) that I got from a friend. It is just the head unit and nothing else (no other wiring was included). I also have the Mopar backup camera--complete kit.

Looking for instructions on pulling the dash apart and installing the new unit. The PDF I found shows removal for shifter down by the center console (mine is on the steering wheel) not sure how different the process is?

Questions:
since my truck didn't come with the nav unit, do I need to purchase anything else? I have read/heard conflicting info that I need a jumper harness? Also heard that I need a satellite antenna?

Do I need the trim sticks for removing the dash? or is there something else that can be used?

Will the dealer need to do anything once the new head unit is installed (some kind of flash)?

How do I transfer my Sirius subscription to the new unit?

Sorry for all the questions. Just want to get all my ducks in a row before I start shooting. Thank you in advance for any help.

Can't answer all your questions but I have one. No trim stick needed, just pull the rubber piece at the top of the dodge and remove the two screws, then pull the entire
dash piece off, it takes a fair amount of force and then it just pops off. Good luck with the rest of the install.
