^^^ how well is it holding up with all the rocks and stuff flying up??? Would you use the Rustoleum again? I've heard lots of good things but the herculiner but i've heard very little bout the rattle can job...

If i decide to use the Herculiner...how do i apply it? Should i brush it or roll it?

It holds up well would be even better if I had prepped better. Let's just say I was lazy and did not strip the chrome and primer first. With that said I have a few rock chips up front and some chips on the steps from the plastic steps rubbing. other than that stuff is really tough.

I would/will use the Rustoleum again, it also comes in a gallon can so you can roll/brush on. I would think that you could roll or brush it on but I have not worked with bedliner in that medium so I cannot say for certain. The rattle can is convenient and again IMO easier to apply.

Either route just don't be lazy as I was make sure you do the prep. As i said I did not and there is a difference. The grille was prepped first the bumper was not, and the grille has maybe 2 small chips from rocks. The bumper has more considerably and using a high power pressure washer started to strip the liner right off the unprepped chrome.

Do it right do it light, do it wrong do it long. Or the infamous do it right the first time. Sorry for the long post.

So i decided to herculine the plastic trim up front and in the back and keep the chrome, so i dont have to paint the grill...but i'm wondering how to paint the side of the truck? I mean i'll sand it and prep it well but i'm curious how to paint the doors with all the cracks and stuff???
