Default ok I'm trusting you guys

well first off here are a couple of pics of the new pride and joy. This afternoon I'm going to get the 18" Mufflex put on. I had 40 series of my prior F-150 and it was just too much for me. I just want a deep mellow tone and maybe a little aggressive when I get on it. From the little research I've done it sure seems like this will be what I want but if not I guess watch the for sale section as you might be able to pick it up at a discount. Should I leave the resonators on or have them taken off? Thanks much. Will report back this weekend.

I'd try it with the resonator on first. It's easier to take it off later than put it back on.

For what you are looking for, def. leave them on. I have the 18 w/ the resonators on and I think you will be pleased.

Definitely leave them on for now. Without them the drone of that muffler may drive you out of the cab.

Mine are still in place and it sounds great, the only time I get drone that bugs me is when I am in cruise control going up a hill and it won't downshift. I usually hit the shifter to downshift or hit the tow/haul and its all good again.

Leave the resonators on. Like RamTech suggested, it's easier to remove them later...then to put them back on.
BTW - Great looking truck!
