Well you have a warranty . Take it back . Maybe there is something that the dealerships are aware of . Could be a quick fix . Let us know what they say .

I will probably bring it to a different dealership and see what they say. Thanks!

Note the RPM when it isn't shaking, then again under the same conditions when it is, and see if they are different. The shaking idle RPM was about 200 less than the non-shaking idle RPM in my Dakota.

Is it possible that you are feeling the AC compressor kicking in/out. Any chance your heater switch is one of the defrost positions. if it is, it runs the compressor intermittently to dry the air. It is subtle, but can be noticed when idling....especially when in gear like at a stop light.

You don't have to have it turned on....just the knob in one of the positions that includes defrost....I think its the top 2 or 3 positions. The only way to disable this...other then select outside of a defrost position, is if the fan switch is set to 'OFF'.

I only mention this as a friend of mine just went through this. The dealership couldn't find a problem, but he was concerned. When we went for coffee, he pointed it out to me. while it was vibrating, I turned the selector to a floor only position....vibration gone! He was so relieved that he a) wasn't imagining it, and b) there was nothing wrong.

Well, I had the fan selector in the off position, but now im not sure and im thinking I may have turned on the defrost/floor heat one morning when it was chilly and this may have been a time when I felt it... I will try to replicate the vibration tomorrow morning and play around with settings.
