Could be the above mentioned K-17. That wouldn't have anything to do with the computer though.

UMMMM Yes it has to do with computer.. The comuter send's word to the A/C actuator/Flapper door.. The paper work I have from them along with the recall letter both state that they re-flash the computer.

Just to be clear. I am not complaining. I started this thread so that other 2010 owners might read and look for the same problems. I love my Ram. It is an awesome truck. As far as the recall goes I have no idea. The service tech did not go into great detail. He did say it was an actuator. It is on backorder along with the cowl. Should have the work done in the next few weeks. Will update this thread when complete. And yes my front chrome bumper has some spots that are suspect. When I take it back for the actuator and cowl work I will demand that it be fixed or replaced.

Yes but from what I read it is only on the larimes not the slt. I asked the dealer to see if they can update the computer to have that feature. I'll let you know what they say...

i'm waiting on back-ordered actuators so I can have k-17 done to my laramie. I have a blend door that is tapping like a gear broken every time i start my truck for about 30 seconds.

I had both front doors and the roof repainted. The doors had rock chips all over them and the roof had ,looked like, bird sh## on the metal before it was painted. Also got a new front bumper since the original one was rusting. I had a rental car (2011 Escape) for 5 days while my truck was being fixed. Just had to put gas in the rental, otherwise no charge. Guess I have a pretty good dealer, huh.
