Default Rivnuts and bolts for running boards?

I've got a 2010 crew cab that I just bought some running boards for... but when the box got here it did not have any of the needed rivnuts or bolts included. Not sure if they fell out of the poorly designed boxed during shippping or if they just don't come with the boards.

Either way I need some. What exactly do I need though? I believe I need 12 M8 rivnuts. But what size and length bolts? Also... and maybe even more importantly, where do I get them?

If you're going to the dealer for them, just tell them you need the installation kit. Otherwise, I have no idea where to get them.

I bought them from a dealer online... so far they don't answer the phone. Any idea how much like my local dealer would want for the install kit? Does the install kit have a part number?

Don't know the price. But honestly, I'd be going after the people that sold you the boards.

^^^^ ^^^^ You should be able to get them from the place that sold you the boards. Did you get the installation instructions ? It should have the parts list and numbers you need, just an idea.

Yeah for sure I am trying to contact them. So far not so good. This is my backup plan.

I do have the instructions. It has the part number for the rivnut tool but not the nuts and bolts themselves.

How about contacting the seller or mfgr? They'd know exactly what you need.

Are you saying you bought them from the Mopar parts web site? If so, call them tomorrow.
