Default Steering wheel not centered?

Hey guys (and gals), I'm new here so be easy lol. Just recently got a new Ram 1500 Bighorn (about 2 months ago) and after i got it home I realized that the steering wheel was not straight while the truck was going straight. I took it in and they re-aligned it and it seemed fine, but now I am noticing that it is still about 1 or 2 degrees off. The truck drives straight, but its just a little annoying. Is it possible for them to get it perfect? Should i just deal with it or should i take it in again? Thanks!

If the wheel alignment is spot on, have them remove the steering wheel and set it correctly

Its not really a hard thing to do. Just have to get around that air bag.

You can't do that anymore . Alot of these columns are keyed so the wheel will only fit in one position . They can make the necessary adjustments at the tie rod ends . I've done many on my road tests after I've performed a alignment . All thats involved is moving the tie rods equally in opposing directions .

Pulling the wheel and sitting it correctly worked on a 2005 Dodge Magnum. Just had to unplug the battery so the a/b's don't blow.

agree with everyone else they should have no issue locking the steering wheel straight and making the neccesary adjustments. someone must have gottin lazy doing the alignment.
