Default Alternator Whining in new H/U?

Just went from the stock radio to a new aftermarket radio and now i've got what I'm assuming is alternator whining coming from the speakers. The higher the revs from the engine the louder it gets.

The wiring adapter I got for the aftermarket H/U had two grounds and I only connected one to the new H/U. Wondering if I picked the wrong one or should of done both. Anyone have ideas on what I should look for?

I'm still using the stock infinity amp, I just swapped out the stock radio for a new aftermarket.

I'm having a similar issue -- are you using the ground from the harness, or are you using a ground from the vehicle to the new H/U?

99% of the time this is a ground issue, go back and check the connections, or if u had it done at a shop make them check it,

i am not sure if the speakers are fun off the infinity amp or not but if they are check that ground aswell.

i dont know why a wiring harness would have 2 grounds unless both were intended to be used by something, did u get the canbus/databus module with harness or just the wiring harness?
