To be honest there is not much of a difference between all the leveling kits. The only thing would be the material the leveling kit is made of. Daystar is a good reputable company, always have heard good things.

Take a look at the Bilstein 5100s for a leveling kit. It is the best way to level a truck. You get new shocks, which are wicked, and a better front lift.

I've only used the Daystar kits and I never had a problem with them.

I did the Daystar 2.5 inch in about four hours. You will need a little help. Check my previous post with pics. Rides the same as it did before the lift and looks good.

Will this give an approximate 2" lift in the front? (trying to fit 35's with 4.5" backspacing wheels) and looking for the best way with least amount or no rubbing.

35's should fit fine and more like 2.25 inchs of lift. I have not forked out the cash for new rubber yet but am thinking 33's or 295/75's.

If your consider rims as well check out this ebay page:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/20-XD...ht_4194wt_3728

For some reason the 35's in this package are almost $400 cheaper than 33's.

And just those shocks will do the 2.25" lift? Would you recommend the shocks over a leveling kit?
I would also imaging getting just shocks installed will be alot cheaper than a leveling kit.
