I did the same thing. I bought from somebody who was buying bulk from them ( probably the same company you bought from) anyway, are you getting good support from Costal or the other company? I have sent in a couple of questions to them but I don't think they have responded back that I can tell.

Coastal has responded, there is an update they recommended fixed a couple issues I was having, with front camera, all is well. Even though I didn't buy it there I did buy 2 mics from them...counts for something. Why would I give them over 300 when I bought it for 189 with all the cables, video and all. They wanted another 50 for the video cables. It was just a economics decision.

I got everything hooked up today...it took longer than I figured but I was not in any hurry. I thought everything was working as it should so I put everything back together and took it out for a test drive then I noticed I had no sound coming from my left front and rear speakers. I called Coastal and they told me I would need to take it all apart it sounded like I had a bent pin in one of the harnesses. As bad as I hated to do it, I took everything apart again and they were right on... everything is good now. I plan on taking it on a road trip tomorrow

Just got back from a 5 hr road trip with my new lockpickv.3 and back-up camera. It was great...everything from the nav-in-motion,dvd-in-motion,uconnect, everything worked as advertised no problems at all. At this point I am totally pleased with the price, product, and the service I received. I like the choice of being able to activate or deactivate the view video button on the touch screen.

I personally from reading instructions for install etc. I think the LockPick is easier. I know people were complaining about poor service when they were starting up for the RAM there were issues but they worked with people on them some I guess were not happy. I believe both products are the same the latest version of LockPick has the USB update port and I have used it already ... easy as pie and fixed my issue. They have the answers so far, I personally recommend Lock Pick.
