Default P265/70R17 change to LT265/70R17

I own a 09 Ram SLT my truck says P265/70R17 but finding tires for it are pain! Unless I switch to LT265/70R17. Is there anything I should be warned about or know before I switch over?

The only difference is the LT is a 6 ply tire with a greater load carrying capacity.

Light Truck tires are sometimes marked with an LT for "Light Truck" before the size, passenger tires are often marked with the letter P for "Passenger" before the size.

LT tires give a harder riding but are more resistant to road harsards (rocks, etc) but if you never load your truck with heavy stuffs you should stay with P tire for ride confort.
