Default No regrets

Yesterday I went to the chevy ford and Toyota dealerships to look at their trucks the reason was I was starting to regret purchasing the dodge on such short notice without even looking at the comp and the reason was my father has always been a dodge man and when I wanted a truck my first stop was of course the dodge dealer and I must say there is no competition dodge hands down has the best truck price ride looks of course that's opinion and even the salesmen where admiring my truck

Yeah, the competition tends to wilt in comparison.

I moved up from a 2005 Jeep wrangler unlimited, I loved that thing! But my family grew and I knew I needed something more family friendly so I traded it in for my crew cab, which was a hard decision. Although I miss my Jeep like nothing else, I would do it again, I just love my Ram too.

No regrets here either.

You know its funny. My wife and I were just having this conversation yesterday. We had been looking at Fords and that's all we talked about / looked at. In our price range we would have to go with a XLT but it didn't have a console shifter which was a really big selling feature to us. We would have had to settle for a hum drum interior. Then we decided to stop at a Dodge dealer (I play hockey with the owner) and saw my black 2010 Sport and with all the incentives on etc. We couldnt pass it up. I still admire the Ford its a beautiful truck but I love my Ram and wouldn't change a thing.

I too traded "up" from my previous car. I used to drive a '04 Cadillac CTS. The Ram is quieter, roomier and in my opinion cooler! I can carry anything I want, tow anything I want and it carries three kids much better.

My dad has an extended cab Chevy and he was very impressed with the dodge.

Though, putting a post like this on this board will certianly get positive responses... We all bought our Ram for different reasons and still have them because we like them.

It was a pretty tough choice for me. I just turned in my Tundra in July after a flawless three year lease. The 5.7l is a beast. With a lower curb weight (4600 lbs) and 4.30 gears, my Tundra was quick. I just wanted something that looked more aggressive and sportier. I looked hard at the Tundra TRD Sport, but it was a stripped down version of my previous Tundra and cost $2k more. I was able to work a far better deal on my Ram. It had much more room (crew cab vs double cab), many more "bells and whistles" and still came out cheaper.

This is my first domestic and to be honest, I was somewhat scared about how reliable it would be compared to the Tundra. I figured that's what a warranty is for anyway. I'll probably end up purchasing the Max Care warranty eventually just to be safe. Grant it, it's only been two weeks (I've already gone through one tank), I don't regret it one bit. I love it!

I have always been a Chevy fan, and it was hard deciding. I want a truck, and could care less about all the bells and whistles. I stopped my salesman halfway through his first sentence pitching the Big Horn, I wanted to compare just the basics. I liked the power, the ride and the interior over the Chevy. I also liked that for a comparable truck, I saved about 5K+. As far as the Imports and F***, they weren't even an option for me.
