Default New

New here. And to start off this truck is a 2004 Black Ram 1500 Quadcab. This is my fathers truck and have had it since 04. It currently has 157,000 miles on it.

Today we just put in new black leather seats from another truck that was wrecked. Every bolt lines up and was pretty much a direct swap. The original seats where the cloth ones and were tore up pretty good. The ones we have now are from a Larmine and they look really good. The problem aries on the driverside seat. The original wire harness does not match the one in the seat. I have literally searched for over an hour on different forums before registering so please spare the "use search funtion." All I am really looking for is a wiring diagram so we can cut off the harness on the new seat and use only the wires we need for the factory harness that comes from under the carpet. If any of you have a link to this, it would really make for a quick night. Here is the picture of the two wiring harness so you can have an idea of what I am refering to. The small female plug is the one coming from the carpet, and the large male is the one coming from the seat.

Thanks guys!

Thanks! Appreciate the welcome. Hopefully someone can help. Right now we are basically trying to see if some of the wires match up and thinking about just winging it.

Welcome to the Z! I think Brad has pointed you in the right direction, so hopefully you get what you need And we are NOT one of those 'Use the search" type forums, just look at how many diablo and HID threads we have We encourage the new threads cuz there's always somone else asking the same questions.
