Well unless you told them I bet you they would not even notice the180 thermostat and an useless CAI does not affect warranty unless they filter is totally filthy and they can show dirt on the inside of the the filter showing dirt getting thru filter. Sorry but I have a huge pet peeve about those CAI's, when I put one on my Durango I lost mileage other people I know that have used them from cheap ones to KN's. Nobody I know improved mileage. Our filter on our ram is so big and has a good air flow ,nice cool air from the fender unlike some of the CAI's that suck in hot air from the motor if there is no protection.
