Default ways to increase height?

looking for some ideas on how to increase height while still using existing lift kit?

i have a 07 ram 1500 mega cab that i installed a 6inch suspension lift and am running 37's. I know that the basic answer would be to go with a 3in body lift if i want the extra height, but i would like to know if there are also other routes that i could choose to go, such as adding those 2inch level spacers with the front coils i have now, or if i can add larger leafs and brakets to use with the blocks i have now? It hasnt been too long since i had the truck lifted but immediately i knew that i want to go bigger if i can do it without spending $5K on a 10-12 inch suspension lift like FullThrottle or others.

Ben Legere is on a distinguished road

You can add the coil spacers in the front and get lift shackles for the rear.

Yes, you can add the front spacers and lift shackles (be careful of rear blocks or adding more springs - it will get pretty stiff) but I like the idea of a body lift.
