Default Tuning w/o Dyno?

I'm stationed on a lonely Hawaiian island and there is not a single dynamometer here. I have a DS Predator, but no Dodge CMR here. I'm thinking of going this route and tune myself:
Has anyone done this? Honestly, I'd prefer to have a professional tune. Anyone know where I can send a data log and get an email tune? I have a laundry list of mods I want to do, but I'm hesitant to pull the trigger on them if I can't tune. Thanks.

There are a few tuners who have done email CMR tunes nationwide. Below has a lot of experience with Dodge Vehicles.

Sean @ hemifever tuning http://hemifevertuning.com

My son and I will be recamming his SRT8 here soon with a camshaft from Stu at Inertia . Weve acquired a wide band also from Innovate . This will be a learning experience for me . I look forward to doing the tinkering and adjusting to make this thing work . I'll try and keep you all updated as we go through the process .

the innovate appears to be a simple piggyback way of tuning like the psc1....he is vague about the actually tuning itself. It seems it can only do a/f ratio..although important, is a very small portion of the all around tuning...if you have a predator then you can get the custom tunes through email.... but I do like the fact that you can adjust a/f's depending on temp/elevation/ or barametric pressure... so if I go to a different track I could make a/f changes

Thanks for all the info. I assume the least I have to do is install a wideband O2? I'd like to install one of the Autometer ones. How does that work with the Predator?
