Default Got my mufflex 18 on order

I hope it sounds as good as I am expecting My last truck I had an 03 tundra with dual exhaust and muffler delete and it sounded great but got tiresome after a while. I am hoping this will give me what I am looking for. I have listend to a lot of clips online and I think this is the one for me. It has been kind of nice having a quiet truck for once, but I cant leave anything stock so I am off. Been doing a lot of research to figure out what is next too. How long did it take for you guys to get yours once it was ordered?

I got the muffler today. Nice turnaround, like 4 buisness days. Took all of about 45minutes to install without lifting the truck. Nice build quality, fit and finish was perfect. I got it fired up and was right what I was looking for. Great idle, no drone, a lot more mellow than my Tundra was. It really helped listening to some higher quality videos on youtube, so thanks to those who posted them, it made my job easier

Hey that sounds great! I'm thinking about doing something like that on my 09, but have a couple questions:

-Did you only change the muffler, or was there more to it?

-Do you get any anoying drone on the highway? ...my last truck (04 Hemi) sounded great in the city, but would drown out my sterio on the highway!

-exactly what style/size muffler did you get?

...When I tried to look up (18" muffler) for my truck there were so many shapes and sizes with so many types of pipes coming off in different places that I had no idea which one works best for my truck??

The 14 and the delete have great sounds. 18 will be a bit quieter than the them

BSM exhaust stocks them... check them out. tell them what length you want (the shorter, the deeper the sound)... and then order it!
