white letters is like a free mod IMO. They look good on 99% of trucks.

I say, depends on the tire and the style you wanna give your truck... In my case I've ordered the LT (all terrain) tires. Will be a White letter out for sure...

Default Black Walls Out

I hate how brake dust dirty the WW Letters get otherwise I would leave them out.

Black Out looks ok

I think the white letters out take a little more time to clean, but overall adds pizzazz and a sportier look. The extra detail shows pride in your ride.

I have more than enough pride, my 2009 looks showroom new, and I live in NJ like you. Weather always happens after I wash my truck lol

It,s mainly that my truck stays clean, but the front White lettering is dirty in a week or so. The back is much better.

If I ever decide to put on "Brake Dust Covers' I will more than likely reverse the tires.

I was in no way implying that anyone had a lack of pride in their choice of tire display. Maybe I could have worded it differently. Sometimes I feel as though I should buy stock in Wesley's Bleach White and scrub brushes. But I do feel it gives the vehicle a sportier look.

I've wondered on occasion if washing a horse was part of an ancient rain dance that has somehow evolved to include trucks.

Black lettering gives you a nice clean finish. SOMETIMES white can look too Nascar to me. Not that there is anything wrong with that, if you are into it.

I have always had white letters in until I bought by RAM... It came with the white lettering out and I actually really like it... I do notice that they do get dirty however what better way to spend some time washing and waxing your truck...
