Default Raptor 4" or 5" Nerf Bars for 1500 Crew Cab?

What do you think? Does the 5" look too big? Is the 4" enough?

Anyone have pictures with these bars on a 2010 1500 Crew Cab?

http://www.raptorseries.com/5inch-cl-oval-tubes.html

Thanks for the help,

Vu

I think its more of an issue of how clumsy the people are that will be using them. The bigger step area will make it easier for folks who are not so stable on their feet or need the extra support.

I bought the 5" Deezee Oval bars. The size wouldn't be so bad if the bars didn't stick out so far from the truck. It may just be Deezee's design. Had I known this before, I would've gone with 4" bars.

I wish I could see what the 5 inch raptors look like before dropping 400.00 on them.

I know mine aren't the Raptors, mine are made by Aries. I looked at the Raptors, but decided on these. They work well for the wife (she's short) but they stay out of the way when I want to get in and not use them.

Hope this helps as a reference!

Here's my 5" Deezee ovals. They stick out about an inch or two past the tires.

I have the 4 inch raptors and like them plenty of stepping room. they dont stick out past the tires very much. one thing i did notice is the rear of the step is a little lower than the front but not much
this is my first time uploading pics so hope it works
