I'd suggest 4.10 limited slip. This way when one wheel starts to spin the other kicks in. Good for street driving because one wheel doesn't skip around corners.

Definitely make sure you know what rearend you have so you get gears that fit. You also have to change out both front and rears since you are 4x4.

Exactly what RB said. Not sure how many miles you have but since you have the pumpkins cracked open you'll want to get "master install kits" to replace all the bearing, races, etc. Being a 4x4 you'll spend $1300+ and that's if you don't go to the dealership.

4.10s sure would wake up your performance! If you are running a 35-37" tire I'd recommend some 4.56s

Ya i eventually will be but i dont want my 3rd gear to top out at 105 ya know? Thats one of the main reasons im going 4.10, i had a 2001 with 4.10's and I had no complaints, and with this truck having like a hundred more horses im excited to see what it can do! Also you were talking about master install kits, where can i get those?

Here is a master install kit. They aren't for the right axle but just an example.

I see you have the sport model truck so going to 4.10s would be a waste of money. You should have the 3.92 gears like I do since I have a sport as well. Going from 3.92 to 4.10 is such a small change you wont even notice. Go with the 4.56 gears and a LS.

Whatever gears you put in the rear you should do to the front as well. You have a 4x4 so if you leave the front stock you will never be able to use the 4x4 unless you want to break things haha.

What gear ratio do you have now ? There should be a tag on the rear cover . Remember if you have 4x4 you will need to do the front diff also .
