Talking power gains

well i didnt have it dynoed but it was noticable. also if you plan to do more mods to the vehicle you really need for it to be able to breath as well as possible. be sure to use a reputable exhaust place though if they dont do the sensors right it will run crappy.

if you dont care about how loud it is inside or outside the truck i have found that the dodge 5.2 and 5.9 sound AWESOME with just the origional 40 series, they have a great Dodge rumble, especiaallyyy if your running it all the way out the back with duals you will love the flowmasters. Allways noticed a power increase with them.

Yeah I didnt xactly dyno mines either but i felt the extra umphh when i mash it,
if you know your truck pretty well you will notice the diffrences some more than others. Or just dyno it .

just a thought

your X pipe or H pipe is suppose to go at the HOTTEST point in the exhaust
that is close to the transmissions bell housing usually, some company makes something that is heat sensitive tape, if you wanted the exact spot, but, on one of my trucks i wanted to be able to drop the transmission without dropping the header pipes, so moved the H crossover closer to the engine & made a slip over connector just behind it, that way i could change transmissions almost as fast as if there were no exhaust around it, by the way, they were Muncie & Saginaw 4 speed sticks

If I might suggest run two dynomax bullets with rolled edges on your tips, it really adds noticeable tone. Because the 318 mag is louder than sin haha, if it's to loud run the x pipe and that really mellows it out

Iv had the super 40 and super 44, super 44 was def louder lol I liked them both though, and I havnt seen any true dual kits being offered out there, best bet would be to go custom and if you cant do it find a shop that does mandrel bending, better flow than wrinkle bends
