Sure, with truck of ign. on you can also use your voltmeter and the pointy metal leads to stickem were the wires connect into the back of the tps to check and adjust your voltage. Heres a good thread just on that, that will guide you through http://www.ramforumz.com/showthread.php?t=53750&page=4 good luck bud!

i would use "contact cleaner" and then take dielectric grease, spread that on the contacts after it dries off. and call it good.

Just finished moddin my TB yesterday and it was a lot easier than I had pictured it bein(first time using a dremel). I looked at the price of one on summit http://www.summitracing.com/parts/HLY-112-557/and after I got my jaw off the floor was pretty satisfied with my self for savin a buck or 2

Heres the before and after IMAG0035.jpg

IMAG0037.jpg

lost my camera so had to use my phone to take a couple pics, only went on a short drive but noticed the difference in pick up immediately. it was louder and makes me want to do the intake and exhaust ports more than before. All in all for the time spent (4.5hrs) vs money saved it was worth it!

Yes! definetly buy a new gasket theres no guarentee the gaskets gona hold up and not break plus its just a piece of mind knowing you gotta clean new gasket. Gaskets cost .89 cents I believe .

No prob. bud always replacing an old gasket with a new one is a good rule of thumb to follow. I found out the hard way not just once but a couple of times....
