Default Tranny acting funny

ok so this started a little while ago. I feel that it slips when i shift down (like foot to the floor). It doesn't do it right away after shifting. Also it won't allways do it. It seems that when ever it climbs to around 5000 rpm's it will slip.

I can diagnose anything electrical, build engines. Trany's are my weak point, as well as not havig leaned anything about them at school yet.

Any help this is greatly appreciated.

No I havn't I got the truck in march and it wasn't having any problems. It has been flushed every 30,000 miles though. It cam with all the receipts, but i couldn't find one for a band adjustment. do you thin that could be causing it?
