Default Tint / Handles / Running Boards / Vent Guards...

OK, so my transformation is pretty much complete... haha So far I've added Running boards, front window tint, chrome door handles and chrome vent guards. Only thing left "externally" will be a tonneau cover sometime.

I'm pleased so far. And of course... here are the photos

I like everything except the vent guards. The "chrome" looks weird with the shape of the window.

What % tint did you do on the front windows? I live in CA so we have to have more than 70% visible light transfer for the front and I'm trying to get an idea of what that looks like.

That's the same deal in RI but I have 20% and MANY people I know have tint and some darker than mine and haven't ever gotten bothered.

Law is the same for here in NY. This is 20% tint..... meaning it allows 20% of light thru...... for 70%, that is pretty light.

I figure I'll just take my chances........ most of the time you don't get bothered about it unless you are driving like a complete ACE-Hole.

One time when I was younger, I was doing 80 in a 55mph zone (back when the thru way here was 55).

I had 20% on all windows. Ended up getting away with just a window tint ticket, he told me to slow down. I'll take a non-moving violation anyday Although he said he pulled me over 1- because of my tint, and 2- because of my speed. It was pitch black out so I don't know about reason #1, but I'll take it haha

I wouldn't waste my money on putting 70% tint on.

Yeah I don't want to spend $$ on 70% I might go with limo tint on the back windows and 35% on the front windows. I gotta see what it looks like together, I want it to look balanced and not one really dark and the other completely clear.

I like all of it except for the window guards. Something about them turns me off, but the rest looks good! Rep for the pictures!
