Should I be able to remove my fan on my 2007 Hemi Ram and install an electric fan? I guess I don't see why not.....

Would it help with MPG at all?

yeah, you can get a Flex-a-lite fan made just for Ram's (183 model I think) and put it in. Then remove the engine fan. I am going to be doing it soon.
