Default Diablo predator

New guy here. Thanks for the warm welcome at the check-in. I have a couple of questions. Is any one else having the trans. shudder on passing gear downshift at 45-50 mph with latest version of predator? I installed 93 tune with dod disabled. Predator forum has people posting for an updated fix. I have the 9r09 crom. Also at 60 mph if I drop down to 5th.manual I dont lose od. still tacks about 1600-1700 rpms. It will also tack this in tow haul. Normal? Thanks again.

Hello and welcome to the forum. I also have the DSP and exp. the same shudder you are talking about. I was just on the Diablo web forum and Johan has a possible tune that has fixed this.
One member has already run one of the new tunes and no shudder.
It's on the forum thread "Tranny jumping and shuddering"

The issue will probably be resolved soon- I've been testing some tunes for Johan to try to get the shaking issue fixed. One of the tunes I have now seems to have fixed the problem.

I wouldn't let this thing stop you from getting a predator, as long as you get the cables to hook it up to your pc so you can get the update when the update is released. Those cables should really be considered mandatory anyway.

Isn't it just happening when you kick out of MDS mode?

I actually got the shaking to happen today without going into or out of MDS (different tune than I mentioned before- trying different tunes to help find and fix the problem). That being said, even at its worst, I found the problem to be intermittent. The shaking also always stopped if I let off the gas briefly.
