Here are some pics of the exhaust and headers before they go on tomorrow morning. Yes it is a 4x4 and there are 4 places for the o2 sensors to go in.

I have had the OBX LT headers on my Lightning making 450hp for over a year now, I to have the resonators back to a magnaflow. I absolutely love them, they sound awesome and were easy to install...so to speak. These headers are a Dynatech knockoff, made very good. My only suggestion is to buy new gaskets and clamps for the resonators, the ones they send suck and will snap loose when tightened. I also bought new header bolts, not necessary they say but I only wanted to tighten them SOB's one time, so I bought locking header bolts from Summit. Hope this helps!

Hey all, sorry for taking so long to get back to my post but work is nuts. Anyways the the stock manifolds came off easy enough but 4 bolts decided that they didnt want to leave the hemi's side so after about 2 hours of penetrating oil and heat they fianlly let go. The headers went on not bad, passenger side was the hardest, we had to undo the the motor mount and jack the engine up about 2" to get the header in place. The next issue to arise was the O2 sensors 2 came out fine and 2 stripped so I had to get 2 new ones ($156 total for both). Then only one was the right lenth to plug back in, the other 3 had to be made about a foot longer to reach the plugs. Then I had to get a custom reducer made from the local exhaust place to go from the banks 3" pipe to the OBX headers 2 1/2" Y pipe. The spare tire had to be removed in order to get the Banks exhaust to sit right. So total time in the shop was 15 hours, It would have been less if I was doing it, cause ya know how union mechanics are. But all in all he did a pretty good job. Now I am throwing the 2 codes for the O2 sensors behind the resonators but I just clear them with the DSP and It takes awile for them to come back (about a day) The sound is perfect, a nice low rumble at idle, a nice growl up tp about 4000 rpm then she starts to sound like a nascar. I have sum pics up of the underbelly while she was up on the lift.

I will take a vid of the sound of the exhaust so everyone can hear it.
