Default Rouch Idle and Exhaust Leak Question

I have a 2003 2500 with the hemi in it. I has a rouch idle but it only does it sometimes. I thought maybe it was the fuel filter but the filter is in the tank. I changed the plugs, ran lucas fuel injector cleaner though it and cleaned the throttle body. It is still doing it sometimes. I also have a small exhaust leak. I think its the manifolds. The dealer changed the manifold bolts and gaskets when i bought it 4 months ago. It only leaks when its cold. After it runs for a few minutes it stops leaking. An thoughts or ideas would be great.

Have you cleaned the throttle body ? That could improve the idle quality . I would pull the leaking manifold and have it ran across a mill to verify that it is good and flat then install a new gasket . Let us know how it comes out .

yea i already cleanewd the throttle body good. I was thinkin the same thing about the exhaust. Its just such a pain in the ass to get them off. Does anyone know if their are better aftermarket studs or bolts for the manifolds.
