Default Horn and AC on 1995 Ram 1500

I have a Dodge 1500. Here is the situation. When I put a new fuse in the fusebox under the hood for the horn, it will work for a short period of time. This same fuse also controls power to the AC. On the inside if I turn the fan or the know for defrost it blows the fuse. If I turn the fan or keep it on heat I am OK. I have even unpluged the power to the AC under the hood, so I have eliminated it being the compressor. Where do I start and what do I need to check?

You could have a bad relay for the compressor or a wiring issue . Check your fuse box for the compressor relay and see if you can swap it out with another known good relay from the same fuse box . Give it a shot and let us know . Don't forget to stop by the newbie section and introduce yourself .

Default I have changed the relays too

I did forget to mention that I have changed the relays in the box under the hood as well.
