Default Slightly Frustrated

Ok guys I need some opinions/advice here. I have had my Ram for a few months now, and I've got a few issues that are nitpicky I know but still are getting a little annoying.

1. The head unit (the 430 without NAV) is great looking, but when I'm using it with my ipod there is a terrible crackling noise at times, and it seems to get stuck alot where it just stops playing at the end of a track but won't go to the next track unless I manually tell it to. Also when using the random feature it seems to be anything but random. It constantly picks the same songs, and then plays songs in the same order that it "randomly" played them the day before. Is this common or should I go complain to the dealership that my system is not working properly?

2. I installed a 2.5" leveling kit, and it still doesn't look exactly level. I realize this isn't the truck's fault, more the fault of the kit I installed but it's frustrating none the less.

On a positive note I finished up the tint, smoked the tail lenses, and 3rd Brake light, got a black grille on order, and found a shop that's gonna powdercoat my rims black so the blackout process is shaping up. Just gotta save up the nearly $2,000 I gotta spend on rubber for this beast!

your radios 3 letter code is at the bottom right corner of the radio

you have either the 430 REN or the 430 RBZ

go to this site, http://www.chrysler.com/en/owners/quality/index.html
chose your radio (media center )
after you choose your media center, look to the left of the picture, you will see media center 430*** manual, click it & you will have the whole manual to view online, info, tips, tricks, etc

the IPOD may need a software update to work with the radio properly, a new update is available, as of this month

Post some pics. I bet it looks fantastic.

I am considering a leveling kit and I don't want it to be completely level. I don't tow, but do carry loads often and don't want the nose pointed at the sky.

Let's see some pics of your truck with the leveling kit. Which one did you put on?

Thanks for the replies fella's. I'm updating my ipod software now, and I'll see if that helps. The pic I'm attaching isn't the greatest it was taken from an iphone and it had been raining/snowing for a week straight so the Ram is pretty dirty.

I used the 2.5" kit from Hell Bent Steel. It was super cheap, and pretty easy to install. I can't wait to get the wheels coated I really think the black wheels will set the truck off!

In which way are you concerned about the truck not sitting exactly level. It may be just me, but it seems to me that you are sitting a little bit nose high. Does anyone else see this or are my eyes playing tricks on me?
