Default Looking to improve highway ride

I just purchased this '07 1500 4x4. It rides pretty well for a big truck, but seams to transfer a lot of the winter bumps and pot holes into the cab. This is going to be the wife's primary vehicle to drive she's worried about the ride quality. I've attached a pic, I'm not sure if it has a front end lift or not. Would new shocks help? The truck has under 50k miles on it.

I've got Bilstein HD's on my 07, the ride is great IMO. I've had them on for a while, so I forget what the stock struts rode like. Lol.

Depends on where you buy them. I've seen them for like $80 each.

Yea you can look into getting shocks like City Slicker mentioned. Go with the Bilsteins I find them to be a very good shock which stiffens up the ride. this soaks up the bumps much better. You can also look into getting a sway bar for the rear and upgrading the front one. This will improve the body roll in corners.

I believe if you lower the truck it will give a better ride as well. Bringing the center of gravity lower will help the ride out. It will also allow her to get in much easier haha

Looking at your truck, I'd have to agree that it does look like it's been leveled... IIRC there are a couple different ways you can do that, each having it's own consequences.
